Radon mitigation (Active Soil Depressurization) requires drilling suction holes in basement slabs, excavating soil underneath to create a suction pit, and venting it. Paving and concrete crews already understand sub-grade soils, drilling, and slab mechanics.
A major component of radon mitigation is sealing concrete slab expansion joints, cracks, and sump pump lids to maximize depressurization suction. Prestige's crew has extensive experience with premium sealants, crack-filling, and surface prep.
Every driveway we pave or seal is a warm lead. We can hand out a low-cost, brand-labeled radon test kit at the end of every paving job. If they test high, we are already the trusted crew on-site to handle the mitigation install.
